How it works
Electric type: The rotatable grill is driven by a motor so that the chicken rotates slowly during the grilling process. Gas type: Fueled by natural gas or liquefied gas, a flame is generated through a burner that heats the air inside the grill and the chicken on the rotating grill. Gas ovens also have a rotating mechanism to ensure that the chicken is heated evenly, and the gas burns more efficiently, so that it can quickly reach the high temperature required for roasting.
